Therapy

Really need some therapy, have been feeling down.. so went to sign up with a class at Made with Love. so happy last night, managed to finished the canvas. Tried all night just to rescan a old photo and touch it up and reprint, since my sis forbid me from using the old photo, that's the one and only one. (without negative)

Shall upload the photo when I am free.

Oh ya I missed church today, I know its naughty me, I don't feel condemned cos I know He loves me. I just feel kind of sick, feel the pain underneath my tongue. Its my year end close tomorrow and I just hate that feeling of doing work. Actually am working before I start to blog.. :(

this post is late but still want to thank you gals for letting me having a memorable bday this year.. To the angels thanks for suggesting the nice beautiful place, hopefully one day i can get married and have wedding photos taken there. Oh ya thanks jun for the pretty flower card, u sure do know i like flowers and thanks for the nice manicure set which i havnet start to use yet haha... Oh yes thanks that you gals never wish me quickly find a white horse prince charming .. haha.


To the usual gang, thanks for the nice japanese lunch, and thanks snowei for making the trip specially just to change to nice mickey.. You guys are just unique ya know, can talk about north south east west (read in mandarin please) haha if you get what I mean.

Blue weeks

Since last Tuesday I have been feeling lousy.. It got better over the weekend and then today it just get worse... Just lousy blue day ....

Those whom i tell u, you will know why. I told K its really bird talk. haha.. aka cheap talk.... ok shan't elaborate here...

It will take some time for me to get over this.

Demoralised

Since Tuesday, been feel down and demoralised. People still see me laughing, smiling, talking loudly but deep in my heart is really down and demoralised. Those whom I happen to talk to will know what happen.

I know I shouldn't be feeling this at all, but I am still human flesh after all. Now I just need to confide in Abba father, he know me best and would heal me.

Finally had my ayam penyet. Each time I say I want to eat this, friends bring me to eat grilled chicken. Thats not called Ayam Penyet.

What is Ayam penyet.
Its basically Fried smashed Chicken, and I think its coated with ginger or something like this..

Anyway I tried it at Lucky Plaza #04-25/26. The grilled chicken which my friends brought me is at level 3.

Hmm oh yes my friend show me the duck noodles, chicken rice. Poor memory now I can't remmeber which level, but its the same level as the rabbit brand. Probably level 2. Rabbit brand serve cheap soup like fo tiao qiang stuff..

A father's love

I think I share this before, but would like to share this agian.

The son asked his father, 'Dad, will you take part in a marathon with me?'. The father who, despite having a heart condition, says 'Yes'.They went on to complete the marathon together. Father and son went on to join other marathons, the father always saying 'Yes' to his son's request of going through the race together. One day, the son asked his father, 'Dad, let's join the Ironman together.' To which, his father said 'Yes' too.

For those who don't know, Ironman is the toughest triathlon ever. The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometer) ocean swim, followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometer) bike ride, and ending with a 26.2 mile (42.195 kilometer) marathon along the coast of the Big Island .

A Father's Love

Oh no a old enemy is here to find me

That is gastric ............ How I hate you.. u always make me so hungry and I have been munching munching munching. (Hope I don't turn into a ball by the end of this)

First I feel bloated then soon after its hunger attack... All this gastric juice. Went to see the doctor this morning and somehow don't have a good liking for this doctor, medicine does not seem to work.. hmmm my old usual chinese physican whom usually can cure me after one session of acupuncture plus 3 days supply of medicine is now in US and won't be back till mid this month :(
